NinjaTrader Trade Copier Comparison 2026 – Quantellics vs Tradecopia, Replikanto, CrossTrade, PFACopySuite and ETP

Best NinjaTrader Trade Copier for Prop Firms (2026): Quantellics vs Tradecopia, Replikanto, CrossTrade, PFACopySuite & ETP

If you trade futures across several prop firm evaluations or funded accounts, you already know the problem: the same trade, entered three, five or ten times, while the market keeps moving. A trade copier fixes that. You place the order once on a master account and the copier repeats it on your follower accounts.

There are plenty of copiers for NinjaTrader now, and they are not all built the same way. Some are monthly subscriptions, some are one-time licences, some run in the cloud, and some run inside NinjaTrader on your own machine. This guide compares the Quantellics Trade Copier with five copiers that QuantVPS lists in its 2026 trade copier comparison: Tradecopia, Replikanto (FlowBots), CrossTrade, PFACopySuite and ETP. We’ll tell you where we think Quantellics is the better choice, and where one of the others may suit you better.

What actually matters in a copier for prop accounts

Before the table, here is what we think matters most when you run several prop or funded accounts:

  • Total cost over time. A $49 monthly plan costs close to $600 a year. A one-time licence costs the same in year three as in year one.
  • How orders get copied. Does the copier wait for a fill on the master and then send a new order? Or does it mirror the order itself, along with every change, cancel, stop and target?
  • What happens when things go wrong. Rejected orders, follower accounts that drift out of sync, exits left on accounts that never had a position.
  • Where it runs. Locally inside NinjaTrader, or through a third-party cloud service.
  • Sizing. A $50K evaluation and a $150K funded account usually should not trade the same size.

Why the Quantellics Trade Copier stands out

1. One price, paid once

Quantellics costs $125 one time at launch pricing. There’s no subscription and no per-order charges, and support costs nothing extra. Compare that with the subscription copiers: Tradecopia Pro Desktop is $49.99 a month and CrossTrade Pro is $49 a month. Either one costs more than the Quantellics licence before the third month is over. Among the one-time licences, Quantellics costs less than Replikanto’s lifetime tier and PFACopySuite’s $299.

2. It mirrors the order, not just the fill

Some copiers wait for the master account to fill and only then send a new order to each follower. That means the followers start later and on a different execution path. Quantellics mirrors the order itself at the moment you place it. After that it carries every modification, cancel, stop, target and flatten through the rest of the trade.

In practice: drag a limit and the followers move with it. Cancel and they cancel. Scale out and they scale out. You don’t have to repeat the same action on each account while price runs away.

3. Independent sizing per account

Each follower account is sized independently. Your evaluation account, your funded account and your personal account can each trade a size that fits its own drawdown and rules, all from one master order.

4. Built for the moments that go wrong

  • Position-gated exits. If an exit order sits on an account that never opened the position, you can end up short by accident. Quantellics holds exits until a follower actually has a position to exit.
  • A drift watchdog. The sync engine keeps comparing follower positions with the master, instrument by instrument. In supported scenarios it detects and reconciles mismatches before they quietly grow.
  • Rejects don’t silently desync you. When one follower rejects an order, the master stays the reference point, and the mismatch is shown to you and corrected where supported.

5. Everything stays inside NinjaTrader, on your machine

Quantellics runs as a native NinjaTrader 8 add-on against accounts you have already connected there. Nothing routes through a shared cloud service, and the product is designed so you never hand your broker password to us. Prop firms often care about how your accounts are operated, so local execution on your own machine is a simple and clear answer to give them.

6. Works with any NinjaTrader 8 connection

Quantellics works with any broker or data connection that NinjaTrader 8 supports, including Rithmic, CQG, Tradovate and Interactive Brokers. If NinjaTrader can connect the account, Quantellics can copy to it. So you can mix prop firms on different connections with your personal brokerage account, all copied from one master.

7. Built by a trader, supported by the person who wrote it

Quantellics is a registered NinjaTrader Ecosystem vendor. The copier is built by an engineer with 25 years in enterprise real-time data infrastructure, who uses it to trade his own accounts. When you email support, you reach the person who can actually change the code. There’s no first-line queue and no paid support tier.

When another copier may fit you better

No copier is right for everyone. Here is where the others have a real edge:

  • You don’t trade in NinjaTrader at all. Quantellics is a NinjaTrader 8 add-on. If your accounts live on a platform such as ProjectX, Tradecopia lists that connection.
  • You want a built-in prop firm risk dashboard. Tradecopia lists per-account drawdown monitoring, equity stops, symbol whitelists and P&L analytics. PFACopySuite lists EOD auto-flatten, emergency stop and max lot limits.
  • Your trading starts from TradingView alerts. CrossTrade is built around routing TradingView alerts and webhooks into NinjaTrader.
  • You want advanced sizing modes or mini/micro conversion. PFACopySuite lists five sizing modes and IntelliSize contract conversion.
  • Speed is the only thing you care about. In QuantVPS’s testing, ETP showed the lowest latency (about 5 ms). It has fewer risk features.
  • You don’t want to run NinjaTrader on your own machine. Tradecopia’s Pro+ Web plan includes hosted access.

Who Quantellics is for

Quantellics is a good fit if you trade NinjaTrader 8 with several prop accounts on any NinjaTrader-supported connection, such as Apex Trader Funding, My Funded Futures or Take Profit Trader, plus your own personal accounts. It also suits you if you’d rather pay once than every month, want each account sized separately, and want the whole trade copied, from the order to every edit, cancel and exit.

Don’t take our word for it

The best comparison is one you run yourself. Start the 7-day trial on Sim and try to break it on purpose. Place a bracket. Drag the limit. Cancel it. Scale out. Flatten the master. Force a reject on one follower and watch what the sync engine does.

Watch the short demo and start your trial on the Quantellics Trade Copier page.

Trading futures involves substantial risk. Trade copying does not eliminate execution risk: fills, latency, account settings and prop firm rules can cause differences between accounts. Check your prop firm’s rules on copying before connecting accounts. Quantellics is not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader, Tradovate, QuantVPS or any prop firm or copier vendor named here.
