Responsibilities
- Develop custom NinjaTrader 8 indicators and trading strategies
- Convert trading ideas and rules into functional NinjaScript code
- Build automated and semi-automated trading systems
- Create custom indicators, alerts, signals, dashboards, and charting tools
- Develop strategies that can be properly backtested using NinjaTrader Strategy Analyzer
- Integrate entry, exit, stop-loss, profit-target, trailing-stop, and position-management logic
- Debug, maintain, and improve existing NinjaScript indicators and strategies
- Optimize code for performance, reliability, and real-time market conditions
- Analyze and troubleshoot differences between historical backtests and live execution
- Work directly with our trading team to translate strategy requirements into technical specifications
- Document code and provide clear installation and usage instructions
Trading View Developer
TradingView / Pine Script Developer
We are looking for an experienced TradingView Developer to create custom indicators, strategies, alerts, and backtesting tools using Pine Script.
The ideal candidate understands both programming and technical trading concepts and can turn trading ideas into reliable, easy-to-use TradingView tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom TradingView indicators and strategies

- Strong Pine Script experience

Director of Development
Director of Trading Strategy & Indicator Development
We are seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead the design, development, testing, and optimization of proprietary trading indicators and algorithmic strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with deep knowledge of trading systems, technical analysis, backtesting, and quantitative strategy development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of trading indicators and automated strategies
- Manage developers across TradingView, NinjaTrader, and related platforms
- Translate trading concepts into clear technical specifications
- Oversee backtesting, optimization, validation, and quality control
- Establish development standards and scalable processes
- Evaluate new strategy and indicator concepts
- Ensure systems are reliable, maintainable, and ready for production use
Preferred Experience:
Strong knowledge of algorithmic trading, Pine Script, NinjaScript/C#, Python, market data, technical analysis, backtesting, and risk management.
